  • We offer exchanges and store credit however we do not currently accept any returns.
  • All exchanges require EA #. (Exchange Authorization Number).
  • Items must be unused with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • You may exchange items within 10 days from the original ship date.
  • Custom orders, and apparel, and final sale items cannot be exchanged, returned or eligible for a store credit.

How Do I Exchange an Eminent Warrior Product?  

  • Steps for an exchange:
  • Email: eminentwarriorluxe@gmail.com.
  • You will be provided an EA# (Exchange Authorization Number). Write the EA# on the side of the box, large and clear enough to be seen. The EA# can be found on your Exchange Authorization email or can be provided to you by contacting us. At this time, you will also be provided an address to send the exchange product.
  • Place product you would like to exchange and invoice inside a box.
  • Securely pack all exchange items in the box and tape the box closed.
  • Bring the box to your local post office or any place that accepts USPS Mail.
  • Once your exchange has been confirmed that it was received, please allow 5 – 10 business days to complete your exchange process. Please note, you are responsible for the exchange cost of your order, we suggest that you use an insured & tracked method to get the item back to us.
